About Us

“I am an advocate for the delivery of hands-on therapy within the field of musculoskeletal medicine, specialising in treatment of the spine and peripheral joints. I have a special interest in the shoulder, with its intrinsic mechanical capabilities.
I have had the privilege of working with a variety of athletes at both the casual and competitive level. I understand from personal experience with weightlifting and power lifting that keeping your body feeling strong, yet free, is essential when training.” Natalie - Physiotherapist, Restorative Motion Physiotherapy

Natalie qualified in 2010, with a degree in Physiotherapy from Brunel University. After spending a brief time in the NHS, she moved into Private Practice spending six years building up experience in her first post at a Private Physiotherapy Clinic on the outskirts of Maidstone, Kent. This post allowed her to develop extensive knowledge and experience in working with common musculoskeletal complaints including neck pain, back pain, shoulder issues, ankle sprains, hip and knee problems and headaches alongside more complex neuro rehabilitation.

She then spent the next four years in a hybrid role; working for a Medway based physiotherapy clinic specialising in Sports and Whiplash based Injuries and also building her own business which was aimed towards outpatient treatment. Outpatient treatment consists of many different avenues of physiotherapy, but most notably she focuses on musculoskeletal (sports and injury) physiotherapy and neuro-rehabilitation. These are the areas of physiotherapy that Natalie has extensive knowledge of and a passion for (self professed geek!).

Since then, Natalie has been working independently at Restorative Motion Physiotherapy aiming to do just that, restore motion and ability to her patients and clients. She is a musculoskeletal specialist providing hands on treatment and providing expert opinion to manage pains and problems within the neurological and skeletal systems.

The main clinic is run from Ironworks Gymnasium in Maidstone, Kent. The gym is one of the largest independent gyms in the South-East, with a fantastic array of equipment to suit every need. At a small extra fee, the equipment can be used as part of the physiotherapy treatment and management depending on patient needs.
